Terms of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with the clear understanding that we do not discriminate against race, color, religion, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.

Important Shipping Information

1. PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you would like us to send them in pots,  please send us a message to discuss. Extra charges will apply.
2. Combined shipping is full price for the first plant and $1.90 per additional plant
3. Delaying Shipping If you would like us to hold the items for a while before shipping, please contact us PRIOR to payment. 

4. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a heat pack in your order during the cold months. Please send us a message for requests.

We are located in California. California residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax.

Combined shipping rates should be calculated automatically, but if it appears wrong at checkout please send us an invoice request. 

***Refunds and Returns

Notify us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order. We must have the plant on hand within 5 days from the day it was received to receive a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as they left our warehouse to receive a full refund. For your convenience, we insure all shipments. All claims pertaining to shipment damage is handled with shipping service provider.
